Adventure originates from the military's physical training program, which requires a short period of time to complete the difficulties to test the soldiers' courage and mutual trust.

Adventure training can rejuvenate  energy and self-confidence of the team, and embark on the road to success. The training also can enhance trainees' adaptability, self-discipline and resourceful response, stimulate imagination and adventure spirit. Persevere in the face of unknown and challenges and behave more self-reliant and self-reliant.

Imagine you wall-walking on a high wall like a modern ninja or descending from the wall like the SDU. Can you do that easily?

 

Fast-roping is a great experience to learn practical ways of descending along the rope safely and to break out of the limitations of the environment, so as to gain a deeper understanding of your physical abilities and confidence!

Canoeing is a fun water activity for all ages with simple equipment such as  paddles,  life vest and  buoyancy suit. You can  experience the fun of canoeing after  a little guidance.  

 

It doesn't matter if you don't know how to swim, because we have adequate safety measures and professional coaches to accompany you.

All trainees unite as one, row forward towards the goal and sail against the current.

In fact, Hong Kong is not only a "concrete buildings forest", but also a lot of exotic paradise waiting be discovered
